This past week, we had 66 homes sold in Ahwatukee, with another 61 accepting offers on them  but only 33 new homes came up for sale. A total of 55 listings had some price adjustments done on them with 7 not being able to sell after their time on the MLS.

31 homes in the zip code 85044 were successfully sold with another 30 going under contract. 19 properties had their prices changed or altered and 2 properties were taken off the market.

With 5 new homes coming up for sale this week in 85045 and 5 being sold during the week, this keeps the inventory the same heading into this week.
We saw 11 homes have their listing prices adjusted or changed and 8 homes going under contract. Only 1 property in this zip code was taken off the market after it’s time on the MLS expired.
