Even though the heat was high, with just a few showers in Ahwatukee this past week, our real estate market was a bit cooler than the previous week. We gained 26 new homeowners with another 31 properties accepting offers.

33 homes were put up for sale with only one of them being a foreclosure in Mountain Park Ranch on Sapium Way, a 4 bedroom 2 bath home built in 1991.

We had more activity in this zip code compared to the previous week.
4 more homes came up for sale than the number that went under contact, a total of 15 homes came up for sale with 11 going under contact this past week in 85044.
12 homes were successfully closed with 15 listings adjusting their prices.

Zip code 85045 had the slowest activity this past week. 7 property owners accepted offers they received on their properties.
This zip code gained 3 new homeowners this past week with only 2 new additions to the inventory of homes listed for sale.
Hopefully we get to see some better activity this coming week.

There was a net gain of 3 listings to the number of homes available for home buyers looking to live in 85048, with 13 going under contract and 16 new listings coming up on the market.
